As an Associate at the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Tyrrell practices in the fields of Real Estate, Trusts and Estates and Civil Litigation.
In conjunction with his support staff, Mr. Tyrrell actively practices in Trusts and Estate, Real Estate, Medicaid and Litigation matters. Prior to Joining the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Tyrrell worked under the Honorable Edward W. McCarty III at the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court. Further, Mr. Tyrrell had the unique opportunity of studying and working with scholars in the Trusts and Estates field.
Mr. Tyrrell also focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. Prior to Joining the Law Office of Roy A. List, he engaged in all phases of civil litigation, from the inception of a matter through settlement.
While studying for his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Tyrrell was Research Assistant to Professor Margaret V. Turano. Additionally, Mr. Tyrrell interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division, and the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, Organized Crime and Rackets Bureau.
Prior to his career as an attorney, Mr. Tyrrell worked as a Special Police Officer for the City of Long Beach Police Department.
