As an Associate at the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Goldsmith practices in the fields of Estate Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Estate Administration and Real Estate Law.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Goldsmith was previously a partner in his own firm for over 20 years and had numerous articles published in the Queens County Bar Bulletin.
Mr. Goldsmith’s experience includes Surrogate’s Court Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Estate Administration, Transactional Real Estate and General Civil Litigation.
Besides his duties as an associate at the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Goldsmith is intimately involved in his community, serving the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, the United States Judo Association and the Friends of Tackapausha Preserve Museum, just to name a few.

As an Associate at the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Tyrrell practices in the fields of Real Estate, Trusts and Estates and Civil Litigation.
In conjunction with his support staff, Mr. Tyrrell leads our Real Estate Department, handling matters from inception – from contract negotiation through closing. Additionally, Mr. Tyrrell focuses his practice on Trusts and Estates matters. Prior to Joining the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Tyrrell worked under the Honorable Edward W. McCarty III at the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court. Further, Mr. Tyrrell had the unique opportunity of studying and working with scholars in the Trusts and Estates field.
Mr. Tyrrell also focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. Prior to Joining the Law Office of Roy A. List, he engaged in all phases of civil litigation, from the inception of a matter through settlement.
While studying for his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Tyrrell was Research Assistant to Professor Margaret V. Turano.
Additionally, Mr. Tyrrell interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division, and the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to his career as an attorney, Mr. Tyrrell worked as a Special Police Officer for the City of Long Beach Police Department.
